Sorry, been a bit nuts so I didn't start this until late! Tell us how you are moving today!

I have five boy scouts headed to my house in an hour (plus my two boys, my daughter and my 2 year old, should be awesome), but I am hoping that b/c the meeting will be over early I will be able to get out and get a run in, it is beautiful here!

Ramped back up to 10,000+ steps yesterday and started the push-up program. Did 25 bench push-ups.

I'm at 13,071 steps on the pedometer so far today. Goal today was 12,000 so I'm already ahead. Tonight is crunches - my program calls for 245 today (again broken up into 5 sets).

This weekend's plan: mountain hike tomorrow (only about 3 miles, but lots of elevation change). Saturday is a push-up day. Sunday we're going to the State Arboretum where they do a big Mother's Day plant sale. We'll walk all around there which should give me +/- 5 miles. Sunday is my rest day from either crunches or push-ups.
