One month out from surgery

So I'm one month out from surgery and it is def a huge change in my life style. I started my mushy foods a little over a week ago and let me just say its nice to eat some what normal food lol. And actually all the sugar free stuff is good, I add a packet of Splenda in some foods but so far no troubles eating and I'm drinking my water a lot better. Also found a way to get more of my protein in. For anyone who lives in Texas, go to heb and get the milk mootopia, it's 12g of protein per serving :).

Now what I'm most ready for is to start working out. I'm 41 pounds down and I'm ready to start toning. I would like to keep the loose skin to very minimal. My arms are what I'm most worried about now. Still have 2 more weeks before I can start hard core working out. Any suggestions til then?
Sorry to bear bad news, but there's nothing you can really do to combat lose skin except having it cut off at the end.
