1 Year Surgiversary with Pics!

Good Morning OHers!

One year ago today my life changed forever. I had 85% of my stomach removed to become a better me. I have absolutely no regrets in choosing the sleeve.

I had a rough start the first couple of months, my stomach just wouldn't work but once I got past that period it's been amazingly smooth.

I am 1 pound away from my goal of 150. I started the journey at 263, with the goal to look better, feel better and lose some weight. BOY HOWDY has that dream come true! I just got back all my lab results which were all perfect (except for that pesky cholesterol, which is still a little over 200).

I am more shocked than anyone how well I've done, which I know in part, is thanks to all the wonderful information and support I have received here!

So a sincere THANK YOU to you all!

With that, I'll leave you with some pictures- I truly can't believe how big I was!!
