Let me start by saying I know this is normal! It's definitely not my first stall and won't be my last but dang it, I'm hanging on the edge of 100 pounds off!!! I've been sitting at 98 pounds for almost 3 weeks and the scale won't budge :(
The plus side is that 8.5" have gone in that period of time, I've increased my walking distance, gone down another size in clothes and have started some upper body strength training. But da** it, I want in on the Century Club!
