Wow. I can't believe how quickly the weight is dropping off and I haven't even been sleeved yet! I'm finally used to the liquid diet, not that I like it much, but I'm dealing with it. Today I weighed myself after 1 official weigh in last week and lost 5 FIVE pounds in one week! WOW!! I've never lost that much so fast. And the best part is I know I'm going to keep it off this time because surgery is Thursday morning. Another awesome thing? I'm finally in the 200's after years of being stuck in the 300's and just not being able to move that scale down! 

 You are off to a great start! It all gets better from here- well maybe a couple of weeks from now.

Awesome!!! Hey, my surgery is on the 9th. I'm 6 days into my 2 week liquid diet and down 9 freaking pounds! There's no way I could have stuck to a liquid diet before, but I am soooo scared to screw up this surgery, I don't dare even think about putting food in my mouth...so I just continue to chug away when I feel the hunger coming on. Kinda sucks, but it will be worth it! Good luck and keep us posted on how surgery goes
