... I was "super-tiny"! I couldn't believe it. This was before he knew I had recently lost 100 lbs. He just thought I was a normie coming in for weight training. He kept saying I was super-tiny (like three times) and I couldn't believe it so I finally broke the news to him about losing a bunch of weight. He was impressed. He also showed me a bunch of new strength and weight training moves and was impressed with my fitness level, strength and muscle tone.

I wanted to hug him but thought that was probably not appropriate! LOL

5'5" Goal reached, but fighting regain. Back to Basics.

Haha I just love reading anything you post. It's always what was running through my mind. If someone EVER called me super tiny, the filter would be gone. I might have gone beyond hugging! hahaha
