I seriously can't believe it's only Wednesday... I'm spending the weekend at the lake house again with hubs and a couple old friends I don't get to see very often so this week really can't go fast enough!

water: 9 cups so far
vitamins: just one calcium dose to go
exercise: planned rest day, I have my support group after work but I'm feeling guilty about not exercising. Maybe some weight training and a walk if I don't get home too late.
