Here is something that I tell myself. A good attitude is key to success, and not because it's Pollyanna-Susie-Sunshine BS. The monkey on my back uses a bad attitude as a reason to try to tell me to eat.
"You are a failure, you might as well eat. At least you'll have *that* pleasure!"
Are you eating on plan? Are you drinking enough? Getting your protein and vitamins in? Some sort of exercise? Then you are doing your part, and your body is in charge of the rest. You can't control how fast you lose weight.
Maintaining a positive attitude, or the act of *telling yourself* that you're doing well, you are being successful, etc. is critical to being able to do this long-term. Like Carmelita said, it's the wolf you feed!
