If you want to lose more weight I recommend you start tracking/journaling/logging your food intake. I find it's what really works for me. If I don't track, I tend to want to eat a bit more and then a bit more. So ever since my pre op diet I have been recording my food intake for every meal on Livestrong.com. It's very easy to use, and I prefer it to MFP.
I also hold a not too popular belief that cheese and nuts are not weight loss foods. Both are high in fat and have pretty low protein bang for the calories.
My advice is, if you want to kick start your weight loss, go back to basics - 600 to 800 calories a day, count carbs, limit fat and exercise and get in 80 oz of water each day.
