Wow I sooooo need to update my profile picture!!! people do a double take on my drivers lic., time to update that too.

I'm doing well hope you all are fine, my weight today was 167.4 total loss 130lbs, I'm still losing but not so noticeable anymore. Still I'm happy and would do this again in a heartbeat, I don't know why I waited so long.

I'm comfortable in my own skin....... could be because it fits like a comfortable pair of PJ's ,lol, I have always said I didn't want plastics but I may need to rethink that.

It has almost been a year since surgery, time has really flown by, the first 6 months or so I really was not quite myself, my body took a little while to adjust to the changes but these last few months have been a blast, I have more energy, and really want to participate in life, I don't think I realized how much I gave up to my weight, but I refuse to go back there, I'm glad I took my life back from myself!

I was just checking in hope you all are doing well, I see lots of new people on the board, and that's good, I'm glad you all have the strength to take that first step, its always the hardest ones. but if I can do this YOU CAN TOO! don't be afraid to ask for help, we've all been there and we've all needed help and encouragement at times. Wow, what an inspiration! Post some new pics! I am 299 currently, havent had surgery yet so it is very inspiring to see someone's starting weight close to mine. Congratulations on such an outstanding weight loss, that is fantasti****ep up the great work!
