I am 7 months out today and down to 162! Totally amazing I have lost 65 pounds and feeling great! No problems at all. I need to learn how to upload pics !! 

That is wonderful!!  Great job!  I'm having surgery a week from today and can't wait.  I loved to see your progress as I am starting out about the same weight as you :)

Thats great.. congrats :)

I started out at 245 or so an got down to 225 before surgery so I an counting all together is almost a hundred pounds . Goes fast and it's pretty simple. Who's doing your surgery ?! I had mine done in mexcio .. Good luck and do exactly as your supposed to and you won't have any problems!!

that's great! My preop weight was similar to yours and I'm 163 now. I feel like I've been in the 160's FOREVER and wonder when I'll break out and into the 150's!! lol Have you had any stalls? Do you exercise a lot?

Thanks everyone yes I need to upload pics soon!!! No real stalls as of yet it's only been 7 months ! I walk daily at least 30 mins mostly 60 at least 5 times a week . I lost more in the beginning and I lost 5 pounds this last month ( which I am happy about ).. It don't take much to make me happy! Lol
