Breaking a stall

 I'm not gonna get my hopes up, but it's been two days and I have stayed below my stall number. If I don't screw it up, I might be back on track to lose this freakin' weight already. My brain took a two month hiatus and I messed around and didn't lose but stayed around the same three pounds. I've since broken the stall and just look forward to being on the losers' bench again.

I started exercising and I am actually liking it. It's crazy. I realized that I have to change if I want my life to change. I just gotta get there, that is the goal. Once I'm at the gym I can do anything, but I have to get there.

Great mindset June. You can do this. The hard part is actually getting your workout clothes on & driving to the gym. Once you get there and actually start your workout, it's easy breezy from there. Good luck gurl.
