Yes, I a pre-surgery and I have tried her 30 Day Shred and Ripped in Thirty. We also have her 90 Day program that i have not tried. JM's workouts are great because she always has modifications. She gets that not everyone can do all the moves, especially if you are overweight or have bad knees. However, it is still not easy. I felt stronger when I was doing it. I thought how in the Hell can I sweat so much in 22 minutes, well it is possible. I have to say I did not see weight loss. But that is nothing new for me, so in that since I was a bit discouraged. I will start her programs again after my surgery.
