This process has certainly been interesting. I have 40.6 pounds more to go in order to reach goal. That seems so attainable. ..However, in the last few months the weight loss has slowed considerably. A lot of that is my own fault. I exercise fairly regularly and I stick to mostly all protein with limited carbs that I generally attain through vegetables, but I am able to eat a large quantity of food at each sitting. Now just because I can do it does not mean that I should, but I will overdo it at least one meal a day. I had a post recently where I said I was going back to the basics (I had gained about 4 pounds), and I am happy to report in just two days of going back to the basics I have lost those 4 pounds. I am trying to go through the whole process again, which is clean eating for 6 weeks. I will let everyone know how that is going. My food scale and measuring cups are ready to do their job :) Here are my Pre-op pics and my current ones. My 7 year old daughter took them for me.
