Exercise NSV!
I'm getting into shape and I can FEEL it happening. As I continue my walk/run program I am literally feeling myself get better at walking and running. My body doesn't get as winded as easily and I am able to go for longer. I always avoided exercise because I thought it had to hurt to be real exercise and I'm finding that the more in shape I get, the easier exercise becomes and the more I want to push myself. It's AWESOME!!
