Exercise:  3 miles on the treadmill

B: Click Mocha w/SF chocolate & vanilla syrup, 1 cup almond milk, 4oz. of water, shaken in my blender bottle
S: mini sweet peppers w/laughing cow garlic/herb wedge
L: 2.5oz. pork chop, few bites of brocolli
S: my own brewed iced coffee with sf vanilla sryup, splenda, splash of almond milk (I havent had any iced coffee for a couple days!)
D: ? (going to a late meeting; I have to get some more protein in!)
Water: 6 cups so far

Exercise: brisk walking

E: Injured back last week. Went for a run this morning and felt good. Hitting the gym again tonight and will take it easy on my back.

vitamins: one of the reasons I love this thread is that it reminds me to take my midday calcium, but I just ate so can't take it for a while still. 2 calcium doses to go

Edited because my Dad gave me a HRM today so I walked for exercise

    

Hi there did you make the creamy Italian chicken?  If so could I get the recipe from you.  Sounds like a good family meal I could make. :)

            

It's pretty yummy. I based it on a slow cooker recipe I saw on MFP, and modified it slightly. I can probably find the link and also tell you what I did to modify if you're interested

I also mixed (using a whisk) a 10oz can of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup with about 30oz water and 2 italian seasoning packets right in the slow cooker, then placed 3 lbs boneless, skinless, fat trimmed in the mix. I put in on for 7 hours, and when it had about 30 mins to go I put 8oz Nufchatel in, and let it finish cooking. Then I shredded the chicken and mixed everything well. I'm trying the same thing with ranch flavor for dinner tomorrow, YUM!!

    

Thank you again I will definitely be making this!  Guess the family can put it over brown rice but I will leave the rice out.

D: trader joes chipotle chicken skewer, mushroom cap w/ pizza sauce and cheese

S: fresh veggies

Aiming for 1300-1400 calories these days but I feel like I have to eat day. I guess I won't complain about that -
