Sorry, haven't been on here in a while... Too busy with life, drama, new job :)

Anyways, I am craving a great, non-spicy, high protein, easy, stir fry recipe :)

The ideal recipe would include shrimp and frozen-in-the-bag stir fry veggies.

Thanks!!
Lisa

I love to cook without a recipe and just throw things in the pan....

Olive oil with onions, garlic, shrimp, bag of stir fry veggies or fresh cabbage, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, etc. Just saute it up in a pan and I would either add very small amount of low sodium soy sauce or just add it as I ate, to avoid too much salt. I love stir fry fairly plain, fresh, and simple.

Try Trader Joe's soyaki sauce.  That will flavor your stir fry nicely and couldn't be easier!

You can do the same thing with shrimp and frozen veggies.

I will be formalizing a Stir Fry Recipe for my upcoming blog...... like the above poster.....this is just by eye...... you really can't miss...... just go light and work up...... always under salt.....finishing salt at the end if needed.

So easy and quick !!!!

Thin sliced Tri-Tip (2.2oz.) .....salt pepper Stir-Fry HOT about a minute.....transfer to plate....

Snow Peas, Sweet Onions, Crimini Mushrooms.....

In canola oil.....Stir Fry Hot.....with crushed Ginger, Garlic, Hoisin, Chinese 5 spice, salt, pepper and touch of soy sauce for color..... about a minute and a half......

Add Tri-Tip back in for a couple of flips....than plate.

I like to keep the flavor of the meat and veggies separate to create contrast and dimension of flavors so it doesn't all taste the same.

My fav is to dip in Lite Soy Sauce/Chinese Yellow Mustard mix.

Note: Small plate with food piled high makes it look like a lot of food!

I use shrimp, bean sprouts, red bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, and teriakyi sauce.  It is so filling.
