NSV and Thanks to my Bratty Dogs
The other night I was at Costco and the cashier looked at my membership card (about 10 years old) and said is this you? My God you've lost a lot of weight! That was so nice - a great NSV! Also makes me realize how terrible the security guards at work are since they have never once noticed how the picture on the ID looks nothing like the new me!
Now for my furry brats - I was going to be lazy this morning and walk them just under 1 mile. The brats demanded more - we ended up going about 3 miles. Thank God for demanding little fur balls to help keep me on track!

The only stupid question is the one not asked!
NSV - Non-scale victory. It's when something great happens when you aren't stepping on the scale - like you don't need the seat belt extender on the airplane! They are even better the the scale (especially when you're having a stall!)
My dogs are total brats - and I love them!
