For about a week now I been having bloody stools. Im wondering what could be going wrong..

Recommend talking to your doctor.

There are lots of different reasons for bloody stools. From fairly minor to serious, so talking to your primary care provider is your best bet.

If you have hard stools, are straining, or have hemorrhoids, it might be a tear. If you have diarrhea, and have been on antibiotics lately, it could be a C. diff. infection. Just a couple of possibilities in a wide range, so talk to your doctor.

Could be hemroids, could be intestinal issues. No one here is going to be able to answer this accurately and without a doubt. Urgent care or doctor asap would be my suggestion.

Yeah...there's certain places blood shouldn't be...that's one of them. See a doc ASAP.

Whether your scared or not you need to take action. There are all kinds of reasons that you could have bloody stools and many of them are completely benign. If it's fresh blood, it could be from hemorrhoids or something like that. There's no reason to be scared until you know what the problem is.
