What are your goals for today?

So I know we all have our unique set of struggles as we work this tool we have been given. Please jump in and share your goals for today or the next week that you think will help to keep you on track.

For me I've been really struggling since the beginning with constant hunger and slow losing. I have also had a terrible time with motivation. With that having been said, I haven't been getting in anywhere near my deaily water, vitamins, and sometimes not all my protein. Today is day one of setting and sticking to my specific goals. I am hoping in a couple of days I'll be able to nip this hunger in the butt. Here's the plan:

  • Start the morning with 16 oz of water, multi-vitamin & B-12, Prilosec
  • Breakfast @ 9am: small egg with cilantro and cheese
  • 10am: 16oz bottled water
  • Snack @ 11am: Protein shake
  • 12pm: 16 oz bottled water
  • Lunch @ 1pm: 1/4 cup chili
  • 2pm: 16oz bottled water (or more)- 45 minutes on treadmill
  • Snack @ 3pm: undecided
  • 4 pm: 16oz bottled water
  • Dinner @ 5pm: 1oz chicken, 1oz green beans
  • 6pm: 16oz bottled water
  • Evening snack @ 7pm (if needed)- Protein shake
