Day 11 NO CARBS, But I feel I have no energy?
Hi all I’m almost 2 years out, Im not eating any CARBS AT ALL ONLY FROM THE FOOD&fRUIT.
But I’ve been feeling sluggish I haven’t even worked out But twice I usually work out 3-5 a week...
I just got into the bad habit of eating white carbs... so not sure If I should restart eating them again & how much do I consume, with out gaining weight???

Are you logging your food? It is hard to tell what you are actually getting by the way of carbs from "FOOD & FRUIT". You can get a lot of good carbs from fruits and vegetables and whole grains without going to bad carbs but you really need to know what your nutritional levels are on a daily basis. Also are you in maintenance or still in weight loss? Are you taking any vitamins?
Another question when did you stop eating white carbs, just recently? You could just be going through withdrawals and your body hasn't caught up yet.
