My bathroom scale says I weigh 256. The scale st my PCP says 246. The scale st the surgeons office. Says 239. I'm pre op. and there's no way I lost that much weight overnight lol. My bathroom scale shows no love at all. Lol

Any VSGers have a good scale recommendations? Name brand and price?

just use the surgeons scale it is probably the most accurate

if you want a good scale buy an old fashioned 3 beam doctors scale they never brake are accurate and the batteries never die

Mine is expensive and is a Atria scale (XMAS gift).  Just remember on all of your different weigh ins if you just ate if one was in the morning and one in the afternoon they will all be different.  I just go by my home scale because I weigh in at the same time each day, I have the same amount of clothes on each time (or lack of) and when I go to the doctor it is never at the same time.

Highest Weight: 285 SW: 264.6 CW:163.1   Surgeon's GW: 189  PCP's GW: 165-170

My GW:  154   MFP:  jteaford
