Hi All -- I am back on the boards after a 2 year absence. I did not get the support I needed and fell off the wagon and got hit by a couple of cars BUT I finally got up and now I'm back on the wagon full steam ahead.

I started today back to basics. I am finishing up my protein shake as we speak. I am back on the boards today for all the encouragement I can get. I also want to help the newbies so that it will give me the motivation I need too.

I've missed this place and can't wait to get more involved.
