One Year Anniversary!

Today hits the one year since my sleeve. I am down 92 pounds... ( wanted 100 ) but I will be happy with 92!!! My BMI is now under 40.0. No longer borderline diabetic, blood pressure normal, have much more energy, and feel great!

For all those out there just starting the journey keep it up! I had a rough start but totally worth it! I can cross legs, shop in smaller section, fit in chairs comfortably, kids can put arms around me to hug me, and my oldest (age 13) can pick me up no problem!! I have 50 pounds to go to reach my goal and then I will see where I need to go.. Probably plastics but I am good with that. :)

I do work out now and not feel like I am going to die. I can see the changes and Love this new me. Keep it up people..

Thank you to all my supporters on here. You are all awesome!

Wow! You hit your goal pretty quickly!  If you don't mind my asking, what do you attribute your success to and what size is your bougie?
