Seriously folks...  it's the strangest thing.  I'm within 20 lbs of my ultimate goal, and I have hipbones!  They stick out, especially when I lay down...  I put my hands on my hips, and their hard.  Never in my life have I felt such a thing.  A week ago I discovered I have a spine in the back of my neck... I can feel little bumps.  At first I was like, "what the heck is that??"... same thing with my shoulder blades.  I had no idea you could actually SEE shoulder blades!  I spent twenty mins after my shower moving the stupid things around, making them stick out... just because I could.  (I also spent another twenty mins pulling the extra skin on my tummy up and swinging my bat wings-- but that's another story all together)

All these things were there my whole life, yet I never knew they existed.  NSV.....  I have bones!

Too Funny.....even at my weight I feel myself up too.  "When I think about my VSG sugery, I touch myself"  LOL!  My collar bones are much more prominent and when I lay down and move my hand down my abdomen....well its a much flatter path to the bush......Can I type that on the internet.  Yikes!!!!  I'm gonna stop before I get deleted for inappropriate posting.  Yeh, I know what your talking about.

Every morning I lay in bed and touch my hip bones and ribs before I get up.  Once I'm standing, the excess skin covers them back up so I guess I like to make sure they're still there!

Right there with you all, feeling my bones!!!  First time was my collar bone in the shower, I freaked out thinking it was a lump from a tumor and jumped out of the shower to check it out in the mirror.  I love that you can see/feel the bump from the end of the ulna in my wrist, and wear "normal" size bracelets.  Hip bones, ribs, sternum, scapula, I love them all, the only one I don't like being able to feel now is my tailbone, it hurts to sit on hard chairs for too long now.
