First stall 1 week post-op?

I know, I know- don't weigh every day...  

Started soft/purée stage Sunday. VERY small "meals"... Maybe a couple of tablespoons per setting.  Total calorie count not increasing.  Physical activity increasing. 

Scales slowed to a stop yesterday.  Moved 0.2 lb today.  

Going to to have to quit weighing daily. 

This happened to me as well 1 week post op. In the first week after surgery..I lost 8 lbs. Then it just stopped for 6 days. The 7th day I lost 4 lbs! It's crazy I know, it can mess with your head but it's part of the normal process. You are still in the beginnings of the healing stage after surgery and your body is in a type of shock mode right now. Not to worry the scale will move again :-)

The first week I lost 15 lbs....then for the next three weeks I lost a total of 9 lbs...normal for the first month...rn told me my body was healing.  Good luck

I am one week out and I lost 8 lbs but then the scale has not moved since then and I was freaking out!!! Glad to know this isn't just me!
