Favorite protein powdered drink?
Body fortress choc peanut butter, Bariatric advantage orange sherbet, and Glucerna hunger smart chocolate are my favorites so far.
If you cut the Isopure 50/50 with water it is much more tolerable, especially served over ice. That's what I do, though I am pre-op and my stomach may handle cold stuff better than someone freshly post-op.
For protein powder, I use About Time stuff. 30gms protein and 1gm carbs per scoop, and they are not sickly sweet like a lot of protein powders. They mix very well with plain liquids, no chalky chunks or residue in the bottom of your cup. I usually mix half vanilla and half chocolate if I'm doing a protein coffee. The vanilla is great for doing smoothie type drinks with fruit and greek yogurt, if those are on your plan. I tried the birthday cake flavor as well and wasn't impressed with it on its own, though in a smoothie with fruit you can't tell any difference from the vanilla.
I love the double rich chocolate Optimum Nutrition whey. It's delicious. I make it with unsweetened original Almond Milk.

I like premier protein; need to go to costco to get some now that walmart stopped stocking it. It's good for me when I'm on the run and forget to eat or drink something.
My favorites are chike (I'm a coffee person) and syntrax nectar. I don't like the nectar sweets, only the fruity ones. These will be great for summer because they are water based. My favorite flavors are grapefruit, grape and lemon tea (amped up with extra lemon slices and a but of sweetener).
