Okay All...how much protein can we really absorb and can count towards protein goals, in 1...
It seems to be complicated. I have read two studies that are referenced on this subject that point to people being able to process quite a bit of protein at one sitting. On the other hand, there are relevant divergent opinions. There is also quite a bit of disagreement about how much protein is needed in the first place. My doctor would prefer that I take in about 30 grams before 10 AM, I don't seem to get even close to that lately, but that would be his preference for me.
