Tough day today!
Started the day off feeling very gassy, haven't been able to get in much water or protein. Went to the gym hit the treadmill and ran some errands. Now have to try to start getting the fluids and proteins in! Anyone else ever feel like they were having an off day?
on the bright side today I hit 100lbs from goal!
Yes - some days I just can not get much in. Some days I'm pretty hungry. I went back to a shake in the morning. Seems to set me up well with protein - and I am never going to be likely to sit down in the am and eat a slow breakfast - so this prevents me from eating too fast and vomiting in the car!
Congrats on 100 pounds to go. I am there as well. It does oddly feel a lot more managable!

My eating can vary some, but don't get too low on fluids, or you will pay the price.
