Oh how my life has changed
I am a stroke survivor and thought I would never have quality of life again as the immobility allowed the pounds to pile on. Well I started walking again and the pain in my hips and knees bearing the extra weight was excruciating. I have been a Town Clerk in my hometown and I won. I am a working woman again and see and interact with people on a daily basis.
My husband says I am more like the woman he married, happy and willing to go out and try things. I didn't realize how much the weight affected my personality, but in hindsight I was miserable.
I am finally in wonderland and plan on staying. Onederland and century club Woot.
For those struggling with the food plan and lifestyle change, hang in there it gets better and is so worth it.
I'm so happy to read this post. Congratulations on Onederland and century club! Two great victories, plus a more active, happier lifestyle! This is wonderful!
Congratulations.
