Hello Kathy and others--I am on My Fitness Pal too.. My name is susie smith and i live in PA..Had my RNY in 2007 and have lost almost 250 lbs--I am keeping my weight off--but i am limited to exercise as the diabetes did its damage while i was over 400 lbs..
