Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!
I had to go to the dentist to get a filling replaced today and I delayed my first meal too long and then my day has been all out of whack eating wise. But I've learned an important lesson - eat your first meal before noon! Which really means "drink your shake before noon!" (This is a lesson for me - it might not be relevant to anyone else.) Tomorrow will be better. I'm working on only having three meals a day now that I can reliably eat 4 ounces.
1: spicy tuna cakes
2: frankenshake + miralax (I did miralax yesterday too since my bowels have been feeling a little bit tight.)
3: leftover oven roasted tomato caprese
4: lazy layered eggplant w/ pasta for the guys
water and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga at home - beginner combination

Roasted tomato caprese sounds delicious!
I'm having some hungry days! I think it is because I am running so much lately.

Did go to the gym for the first time last night. Did 25 min on treadmill incline 2. Felt good but boy did my knees hurt this morning!!
Today is weird, but should prove to be a good cleanse-type day. (My milk is all Fair life, so it is half carb, double protein)

should put me right around 600 cal, 65 protein, 13 fat, 51 carb...not a typical day as far as not eating food most of the day, but still meeting goals.

So exercise will be back on track starting tomorrow. Going out of town, rescheduling of analysis, and some work crises have interfered the last week, but although I can't do pilates in the morning as usual, I will be swimming tomorrow night.
