Moving right along.....
So I've had my behavioral appointment, I met with the physician to go over my two month diet trial and I completed my lab work. I'm book solid over the month August with the classes they want me to take along with meeting with my nutritionist and fitness trainer. The process seemed slow at first, but now it's picking up. It won't be long now. Over the next month, I will be 100% focused on learning my new way of eating.
You can do it! So many appointments! I was so busy in the months before surgery - which was a nice distraction :D
