Amazing recovery!

I was sleeved last Tuesday 7/22/14. I weighed in at the hospital at 220lbs and 206lbs this morning. I got slightly woozy when I got up the use the bathroom the first day, that's it! This has been a breeze I had a pain pill once after they took away the pain pump but I never felt any pain. I was on pureed by Friday, I started milk of magnesia on Saturday then miralax in my coffee on sunday afternoon and things moved along smoothly. I've had chili, sausage and scrambled eggs (mushed with a fork) with no problems. No hunger, no temptation to eat anything sweet and my cousin even ate Lays chips all the way on our 7hr trip home after surgery and I was not bothered a bit. I just drank my water and had my yogurt and banana. I feel like I could sleep on my stomach but I don't want to pu**** I'm certain that all of my efforts preop (walking, doubling up on vitamins/changing some bad habits) really helped me recover so well. I have had a little less energy but I get up walk through walmart or a quick walk around the house to keep the momentum going. I am so very happy.

That's it. I just make sure I'm eating 4 times a day which isn't much and getting in as much water as possible which is still only about 30oz. and try to get in a protein shake before the day is over.
