So close to my goal......

Since I'm 2 pounds away from my doctors goal, I wanted to share this. I went to visit my brother in East TN this past weekend. We went on a hike to a "swim hole" that is close to a beautiful waterfall. Anyway, my sister in law said she just had to take a picture of the new me. The old me would have NEVER allowed a picture of myself to be taken in a swimsuit. When I looked at the picture, I couldn't believe it was really me! I am so beyond proud of myself!! This is the best I have felt in years!!! Thank you for all of your support during this past year. I really hope when I go back to my doctor in a month that I have met his goal (and maybe I'll be at my personal goal weight of 140 by then).

wow, that's great work. I can imagine the feeling. Im still 13lbs from my surgeons goal. I go for my 6 month checkup in 2wks. I so wanna be at his goal by them. So that means protein and crunch time.
