ORANGE JUICE
You might want to try watering the orange juice down if that's tolerable - it is both very caloric and very acidic!

I am the same way with water. It has gotten a little better but not much and I am 20 months out. I use to love to drink water and now it really hurts. I have found that I can drink "ICE" sparkling water. I need to pour it in a cup and let some of the "sparkle" go out of it but I seem to tolerate it. Also you might play with the temperature of what you drink meaning some people need it very cold but others need it to be warm.
There's LOTS of sugar in OJ, so at the very leas****er it down. Better yet, try infusing water with sliced oranges for flavor (or apples, my favorite). Also try different temperatures. Tepid or warm might sit better right now.

Just for fun, I checked the nutritional value of an 8 ounce glass of orange juice on My Fitness Pal:
- 110 calories
- 26 grams of carbs
- 2 grams of protein
- 23 grams of sugar
I don't know how far along you are with your WLS, but orange juice probably isn't something you should drink regularly. The acid could wreak havoc on a new sleeve.
