Hi Everyone! Tomorrow begins my liquid diet in preparation for my 9/16 surgery date. I AM SO READY FOR THIS! Any other September Sleevers ready to go?

I hope I have this enthusiasm on day 2 at about noon! LOL I have a terrible track record with dieting, but there is a lot on the line this time so I'm hoping this will help me be compliant. Plus, in a weird way, it will be nice not having to make any food related choices or plans, I just have to drink the shakes I already bought.

VSG on 09/17/14 with

I'm having revision surgery (from lap band to sleeve) on the 17th September but my surgeon isn't making me do the liquid diet. But I'm using my Fitbit and counting calories as the day gets closer. I had 3 weeks of a liquid diet when first banded and I know it's not easy. Distraction helped! Good luck with your surgery.
