Sept 1 Exercise Report - What did you do today?
I walked .75 miles to warmup for my 1 hour weight session.
What are your exercise goals for the month?
I came very close to averaging walking 2 miles per day for August. I hope to make it past 2 miles per day for September. Also, I want to hit the weights at least 12 times.

I did a fantastic 60 minutes of yoga today.
My new workout schedule starts tomorrow and my goal for the month is pretty much just to survive. Zumba, water aerobics, and bhangra are all new to me and I hope that I enjoy them all! I'm also going to be taking a self defense for runners class with my best friend this month, which should be interesting.
M: yoga at home, (voice lesson)
Tu: running inside, yoga class
W: zumba class, water aerobics
Th: running inside, yoga at home, bhangra dance class, (choir)
F: tai chi class, pilates class
Sa: rest
Su: running outside, yoga at home
I feel pretty good about this new plan, I think it's a good mix of activities, but we'll see how it goes. Thursdays are going to totally kick my butt since my day starts at 7:15, doesn't end until 10:30pm, and includes running, bhangra, and choir, which are all very demanding!

Today I did a slow 2 mile jog while my son biked. Then this afternoon went for a fast 2 mile run in the forest -- the weather was beautiful.
This month my goal is to keep enjoying my workouts. I am doing a 5K and would like to do it in 26 minutes or less (if possible!).
I don't have a schedule, but roughly plan to do ~2+ hours of yoga, 2 sessions of weights, and a bunch of cardio each week. Also hockey starts next week! :) I'm excited to see my team. Most of them haven't seen me since early March (~50 lbs ago!).
One thing -- the last time I lost weight (60lbs about 2.5 years ago), I lost focus and my plan once I started dating a bunch. So I guess a good goal for this month, is to ensure that I keep my food and workouts as a priority. Going out is great and can fit in, but I don't want to push aside my health as I have in the past.
Yesterday being a holiday had my regular workout joint closed but weade up for it! Walked 1.5 miles at a nice, brisk pace and then went on to a special "black light" zumba class for an hour and a half!! It was great!!
My normal workout routine:
Monday: Pilates and zumba
Tuesday: Core and spin
Wednesday: Zumba and Pilates
Thursday: Spin and zumba
Saturday: Kickboxing
Sunday: At least 3miles walk with girlfriends
I usually do nothing on Fridays unless a special class of something is held.
