Can you drink after vitamins?

Is it ok to drink after taking my vitamins or do I need to wait a half hour so I don't wa**** out of my stomach? I take my nasty vitamins several times throughout the day and then drink water to get the grit out of my mouth.

Yes it is ok to drink after vitamins. The 'no drinking' rule applies to eating food (meals/snacks).

First of all, your plyoric valve controls when the vitamins leave your stomach.

Second, you want them to leave your stomach so they can start absorbing through your intestines.
