This is HARD
Getting back to the basics is HARD!!! Stress eating has JACKED me up. I have dropped 2 pounds by reducing the amount of SNACKING I have been doing and increasing my water. I also started back with my personal trainer last week.
Now If I can get back to the LOW carbs. Cutting out the banana nut bread and blueberry bread. I have just about had my fill of popcorn and candy.
The invitations for the wedding came in the mail and things are starting to pull together for this wedding in January. Come the end of November, I hope to be relaxing with all the wedding planning/ prep done on my part.

Cut out all grains and sugars. They are the cause of your issues and create a self perpetuating cycle.
Unfortunately, once they grab you, you got to get clean for 3-5 days before the "sugar flu" wears off.
Stick to high protein, high fat, and limit carbs to veggies. Avoid fruit. Never eat banana or tropical fruits.
If you get hungry between meals, and just can't control it, eat 1 or 2 hard boiled eggs.
Do all this and your problems will be solved.
PS: NO exceptions on the grains! There are no good grains, they are all bad and build on the cycle.
