I was cleared by my Dr today at my 11 week post op appointment to start eating meat and salad!! I'm so excited! I've already bought tuna for tomorrow's lunch! I will savor every bite! :)

Just take it easy.  Make sure your new protein is moist and that you eat slowly.

You might want to try new foods in the privacy of your own home first. Nothing worse than being sick at work!
