Girl problems

So I finally took my bandages off last night and showered I was kinda grossed out by the staples and scars. Even my boyfriend said I kinda looked like Frankenstein and in a way I did. Anyways over that and I know they will heal. Now for the girl problems so I have pretty afraid of putting a bra on because I'm afraid for as big as they are I might **** up my stitches. Any advice I'm a 42ddd and I was thinking maybe a sports bra but not sure.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeelll for ME!!!

The bra did make it feel like I was getting cut off from some AIR!!! But I just decided to wear the bra on the first notch (IE not to my normal tightness). It takes getting use to it though but I doubt you would mess up your stitches. I was glued back together... not stitched up though.

I was a 42DD too, and I wore a sports bra for about two weeks or so. I wore it not as tight as usual.

I wore a "leisure bra" for a couple of weeks - kind of like a sports bra but gentler. Made of cotton and fastens in front. It worked great for me.

Thanks for posting this comfort question. I'm pre-op and wondering about aftercare myself.  Good advice on the sports or leisure bra - think I'll start looking into them myself.

I wore one of my looser fitting bras from the day I left the hospital without any irritation or problems.  I was a 44DDD at the time.
