Hang in there!!! It's all worth it in the long run!!!

I would b doing a lot of walking, sleeping, reading and online gaming!!

My biggest issue w liq diet was..liquid in=liquid out!!!  Worse then then the hunger!!!

That's what the doctor ordered. My SW 441 SBMI 61 CW 427 CBMI 58. I believe he wants my weight and BMI down and wants my liver as small as possible. Also to see if I have the stone to work this new lifestyle

Hang in there, you'll make it! You're half way there with this part of the diet. I had to do this for 30 days pre-op and another almost 30 days post op. It's hard but it can be done, just do everything you can to stay busy. I ended up playing more games of solitare than I ever dreamed I could play! It's great practice for after surgery and I know you will be proud of yourself for doing it! One day at a time, sometimes one second at a time if all else fails take a nap. We're all rooting for you!

Hang in there!  I would also be trying to do lots of gaming or something else that sucks time and occupies your hands.
Maybe visualise wee-ing those fat cells down the loo with the bolting?
Start online/window shopping for new outfits that you would like to get during your journey post op
Or things you want to do or places you want to go
find a telly show you can binge watch that you love and can keep you distracted
oh... watch inspiring youtube videos on people who have lost lots of weight, or trained for marathons (those make me cry, but boy they are really inspiring!)
