puree diet

What are some different things that people ate while on the puree diet, besides protein shake, applsauce, cottage cheese and yougurt?

I ate a lot of shakes, of course, but also protein heavy pureed homemade chili (lean ground chicken & beef, and light on the beans & tomatoes). I also made an Italian Meatball soup heavy (meatballs made with a mixture of lean ground chicken & beef). It had a lot of veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, kale, spinach, tomatoes, onion, celery, carrots). I'd take a small meatball, a little bit of broth, and a piece of veggie or two, then puree it.

Otherwise, I had all the usual suspects.

I made tuna salad and put it in the food processor. Same with chicken salad. Re-fried beans are good too.

Reading this while eating my applesauce with a baby spoon.. lol. So glad someone asked this question!!! :) I am so sick of yogurt and seem to have lost the taste for cottage cheese and protein shakes. Uggh!
