I had my surgery on 8/25. I'm eating way more protein than I did before surgery, with the exception of the two week liquid diet. My nails and toenails are growing so fast!! Has anyone else noticed this?

Protein definitely helps!  Are you also taking vitamins that you didn't pre-op?

I also had surgery on 8/25 and for the first time in my life I am beautiful long fingernails - it's awesome!  Of course, it helps being a girl
