Thank you, sleeve

I was at a baby naming this morning and they had a buffet -- BUFFET! I took some food and halfway through I was stuffed. Done. The sleeve is so great when it comes to restriction. You just KNOW when you're full. Now I'm working on not eating just because it's there, but I didn't do that this morning. I just threw out the remainder and called it a day.

Good for you! One of the first things my NUT had me work on (pre-op) was throwing away food. You would not believe how insanely hard that was for me. Woo my nerves were shot. But I practiced and I can't wait until I have to throw away food too.

Thanks all! It WAS hard ... but I told myself that it was better in the trash than in my decidedly smaller stomach. It ain't easy, as I know you all know. You want that food. But once it's gone, it's gone.
