My PA's word is gold to me. I wouldn't second guess the regime. They know your info and are med professionals!

have you tried taking the vitamins with food?, maybe that'll help keep them down.?

I had to crush my chewable vitamins and mix it with greek yogurt to get them down. I found I liked the creamy yogurt treat and I still do it.

best wishes,

Carol

I second the suggestion for taking them with food.  I think Carol/cappy breaks hers up into yogurt.

Since we're supposed to use chewables (according to ASMBS) for 3-6 months, I would NOT follow the advice of "just don't take them until you can swallow pills."  Your PA won't be the one with vitamin deficiencies - you will.
