throwing up after meals
did anyone have any issues with throwing up after VSG surgery? Ive been throwing up a lot lately - But today after lunch when I did some red came up with it that looked like blood - Ive already called my doctor and am awaiting a call back but did anyone else have this?

I only threw up after eating too much/too fast... Learned my lesson lol

I threw up once from eating too much. I am glad you called the doctor and hope everything is ok.

Rissa - let us know what the doctor finds. I threw up a couple times when I took vitamins on an empty stomach and when I tried some toast w/peanut butter MUCH too soon post-op. If you're throwing up "a lot" lately then you may have a burst blood vessel in your esophagus that is causing some blood to come up with the food you are throwing up.
Whatever it is - it's for the doctor to figure out.
