Today is a great day, even if my weight is up from all the eating out due to being away from home for yesterday's race.  I look forward to a few days of home cooked food before heading up to spend the end of the week with my parents.  I miss home cooked food when I don't get it!  

But I've had a great day so far.  I did a bunch of yoga this morning and then met up with some friends to enjoy time at the local farm.  We did the corn maze, a tractor ride, pet some animals, and had glorious weather!  

1: frankenshake
2: half a no bun shroom burger at Red Robin
2.1: some kettle corn
3: sushi

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 45 minutes yoga - 30 min intermediate stretches for runners, 15 min twist & align for back pain

Hi, I'm back and losing again this time I'm going to get to my goal!

Breakfast:  Bariatric Advantage Shake Chocolate, 1 cup of coffee

Snack:  Nuts

Lunch:  4 oz. Chicken Breast, 1/2 cup of green beans

Dinner:  1/2 cup of Bean Sup with Ham
