Haven't been journaling everything
I completely forgot about this, and I only thought about it while viewing a friends's My Fitness Pal diary. I haven't been journaling my vitamins, calcium or crystal lite. All these things have calories and/or carbs

I don't include vitamins in my food journal. My dietician told me to just focus on protein intake for now and so that's all I look at.
